do know it is starting in a vacant building behind me here on american street. >> you can see what's left hine, not too much, just shell after building. philadelphia fire department wrapping up its gear, however the other side, too hard to see because of the smoke. ladder truck still in the air, water still being put onto this building. now, this fire is under control, but did a lot of damage. two firefighters suffered minor injuries, and one civilian critically injured suffering burns to more than 08 press of his body. meanwhile, fire crews still on scene as i mention. live on the corner of american and york streets. a lot of smoke, so if you are in philadelphia, and smelling smoke this morning, it is likely coming from this area. now, take a look at the incredible video. what the fire look like earlier this morning, it broke out here in kensington, around 2:30, in the 2400 block of american street. we're told the fire start in the vacant commercial building, that fire tore through that building and the building collapsed, then the fire spread to neighboring

paper storage business. with that fire load and the win conditions out here this morning, that fire spread quickly and became a four alarm fire. vacant build something destroyed. able to save it from severe damage because of big effort on the part of firefighters. take a listen. >> one of the things we did do , establish zone early in the fair, make sure everyone is out, once again. smoke was hi, flames big when i got here, crazy. >> the furniture business only suffered minor damage, some damage to the roof. because of firefighters, work, more than 120 firefighters were on scene mocking more than 30 pieces of equipment. now, we're told that civilian that was badly burned was taken to temple university hospital, with those severe burns, over 80% of his body. fire officials tell us that he

the eastbound side of 422, multiple vehicle accident, that occurred around 6:30 this morning, in the same spot, now, another accident. blocking the left-hand lane. police on scene, you will notice, that we do have some debris in the roadway as well as a result of the crash. you're already delayed on the eastbound side of 422, between approaching oaks and this point, here, approaching 23. very serious incident, we lynn to keep you updated on this, no sign of emergency personnel or even penndot besides the police officer just yet. so will be waiting for this to clear out of the way and keep you updated. looking at the schuylkill expressway, also police activity traveling in the westbound direction, around city avenue. seeing it is mostly on the shoulder, but in regard to the schuylkill, you are delayed in either direction, moving to and from the area of city avenue. you know, that as you do every morning. ninety-five southbound, big old delay out of northeast philadelphia, down through the vine. once you get to the vine you're slow to and from broad. keep in mind, reporting about the fire location, in the kensington section of

good mornings everyone, i'm ukee washingtonment following breaking news this morning, huge warehouse fire in kensington, the enormous flames broke out around 2:30 this morning, in a vacant building at american and york streets. the fire spread from the vacant warehouse to a paper company nearby. a civilian was burned over 80% of his body, but he's fighting for his life right now, we understand, two firefighters suffered minor injuries, teams are still dousing down hot spots, at the moment. so far there is cents no word on the cause. let's get your forecast with katie in the weather center. >> good morning, very happy friday, being sent your way, more nice weather, coming our way, little cool out there, i'll give that you, at least for daytime highs. generally the current temperature readings are very much where we found them in recent days here, so under a

detour, since we're on this map, take a look, 95, slow going out of northeast philadelphia, down through to the area of the vine. washing for delays on the schuylkill and trying to get to the schuylkill from the roosevelt. you have the usual delays. speaking of delays, 15 minute delay problems for the west trenton regional rail line, cynwyd, and this is all because of signal problems, ukee, natasha? >> thank you, police florida are investigating a tragic murder suicide. eight people dead after grandfather opens fire on his own family before killing himself. and six of these victims are children, including a baby. >> this family has history of tragedy. >> florida community looking for answer this is morning after horrifying shooting. police say this man, 59 year old dom dom, shot and killed his 28 year old daughter and six of his grab children. before taking his own life. >> certain things in life you can explain. certain things that you can't. this is not one that i can explain. >> the children ranged in age from just under three months,

to 11 years old. they were all killed inside spirit's home in the north florida town of bell. the gillcrest county sheriff said spirit called 911 late yesterday afternoon, and then shot himself after a deputy arrived. >> we are asking for prayers, for this community, the families involved. >> spirit had a lengthy criminal record, and officers had been called to the house, before. in 2001, he shot his eight year old son to death, and what was determined to be a hunting accident. spirit's sister said her brother was dealing with lingering grief from that incident, and health problems, including diabetes. >> police say they had no indication spirit was capable of a crime like this one. wendy gillette, "eyewitness news" on the "cw philly". >> police in california hager necessary connection with fast moving wild fire, burning near sacramento. authorities arrested this man, 37 year old, wayne alec hunts-mans on suspicion of arson. investigators believe he ignited the king fire, currently threatening almost

12,000 homes nearby. officials already evacuated more than 2500 people from their homes. meantime, huntsman being held on $10 million bail. just a frightening ordeal, for passengers aboard a jet blue plane. the flight had just left long beach airport in california for austin, texas. shortly after take off. the cabin filled with smoke after the flight experienced some engine trouble. it quickly returned for emergency landing. passengers exited that airbus a320 on the slides. >> i thought this was t my wife was cents right next to me. we were going on vacation, she held me, she was crying, i thought, well, here we go. >> among those on the plane, twilight actor jackson, told he's okay, so are the only passengers and five crew members. new jersey governor chris christie meantime says he is growing tired of the legislative committee investigating the bridge scandal. the governor blasted lawmakers on the committee for leaking documents to the media. >> should absolutely answer for where the leaks come from.
